Our heavy-weight necklace was inspired by the structure of the  Arilus Cristatus insect collectively known as assassin bug but also carries the common name of "wheel bug " due to it's high serrated crest on it's anterior division.

So there for each link was hand carved from wax then casted to 46 links highly polished with shiny finish and the rest of the links were oxidized  by hand. the chain is made with solid 925 sterling silver and carefully oxidized individually by hand in our New York-based studio. two Hand forged hook closure blends in seamlessly.
