As we strive to handle all deliveries rapidly a clothing item is usually prepared for shipping within 2 business days of receiving the order.

All jewelry pieces are carefully hand-crafted in our NYC studio. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your piece. Selecting faster shipping options will not speed up the time it takes to make the jewelry. After you’ve placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email containing the details of your order along with a tracking number where you can view your expected delivery date. 

It is our responsibility to ensure all packages are shipped and delivered to the exact delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct as we are not held responsible for any lost or missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” will incur additional shipping fees to resend. For further assistance with tracking your package we will be more than happy to contact the delivery carrier on your behalf. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days after production. In addition, International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country's government and these are not included in the shipping fees. International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fees.

Following production, domestic delivery times will be based upon the shipping option selected at checkout. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days after production. 

All necklaces are returnable for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was received. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Clothing, earrings, rings, and special orders are non-returnable.
