Wow! The Dew Drops Bug Ring, is so much more than I imagined. I love chunky rings, but the Dew Drops looks so feminine on my fingers. I must say it looks fabulous with my other rings. The ring is such a piece of Art. The Dew Drops Bug Ring is truly my new found Love! Ranin was such a pleasure to speak with, very helpful. I have already order another piece of her Art!

- Quality: It doesn't feel really heavy but defiantly doesn't feel cheap at all. The vintage color and the design are exactly as shown in the picture. I was worried the hollow ring part would make it feel cheap, but it does not.
- Packaging: it is sooooo well packed. The ring comes with a little pouch and cleaning/polishing products, which I did not expect! Love how the owner put so much thought into details.
- Size: it's true to size. I ordered half size up by mistake, but the owner offered to fix the size for me for free!!! LOVE IT. Again, customer service is so so good.
- Customer Service: honestly it was the best customer service I have EVER experienced. There was a little incident with shipping. but the owner responded so fast and resolved immediately.
I am planning to place a second order because I am so satisfied with this purchase :)
